Heavy Duty Steel Gazebos
Our Premium 32 range of gazebos is one of the most popular choices for the recreational user. This model is relatively lightweight but still robust and reliable. It is also the go to option among a variety of light commercial users such as builders, car detailers, mobile caterers to whom many work alone and need to keep the overall weight down. The Premium Hex 40 is the next model up which boasts a significant upgrade to its framework to which some customers prefer if they are looking to use in more intense conditions. Both of our heavy duty steel gazebo models include high graded, fully waterproof 800D Oxford fabric.
Heavy Duty Aluminium Gazebos
We have two great aluminium ranges which are The Premium Plus 40 and the Deluxe 50, each of which provide high performance and durability.
The Premium Plus 40 is our mid-range aluminium option which is of high commercial grade but designed specifically to keep the weight down, making it easy to assemble and transport. The Deluxe 50 is of industrial grade and one of the most substantial gazebos on the UK market, specifically designed to withstand the most intense of conditions. Both options are crafted with the best quality materials providing durability, stability and longevity.

Here at Bulhawk, we have become accustomed to the importance of making sure the right size pop up gazebo is selected. It doesn’t matter how well the gazebo is made if it doesn’t fit in the space needed. We offer a comprehensive variety of different sizes from 2.5m x 2.5m up to the much larger 3m x 6m to ensure there is a size to suit everyone.
Need to cover a larger space
For spaces requiring coverage which are larger in area than the sizes we provide then don’t worry. We have gutter kits available in all colours which are to be used when connecting two gazebos or together creating a modular set up. This in turn will provide the larger required shelter. The other plus point to this set up method is that more than one gazebo covering a larger area will always be stronger and more substantial than one unit.

Generally, if an order is placed by 1pm on Monday to Friday, it will be sent on a next working day delivery service. Please note that this can differ slightly at busier times of the year. You can always contact us by telephone or email to enquire about the specific delivery time and courier used if needed.
In most instances, the courier will automatically re-attempt delivery the following working day. We always recommend monitoring the tracking of your order with the details provided to ensure the arrival of your gazebo in a safe a swift manner. For any issues with delivery, please reach out to us through our ‘contact us’ page. If more than two attempts are made then an additional re-delivery charge may apply.
Each customer has different requirements meaning a variety of different strength options are available. The Premium 32 and Premium Hex 40 ranges offer outstanding value for money and are the go-to option for most residential and light commercial users. The Premium Plus 40 and Deluxe 50 Gazebos are aimed towards the more professional user who plan constant use in more demanding weather conditions.
It is essential that you take the necessary steps to ensure the gazebo is securely weighted down to preserve the condition of the structure and the safety of others. Pegs and rope are provided with all of our gazebos but we highly recommend using leg weights to fully secure your gazebo. A variety of leg weight options are available in the accessories section of our website.
This is a difficult question to fully answer as it depends on usage and the overall conditions. As a guide, we recommend a minimum of 10kg on each leg but in more testing conditions, you will want to consider increasing this to 15kg or 20kg.
We recommend removing your roof cover between uses to preserve the life span of the canopy. However, you can leave your roof cover on the frame between uses. While we understand many customers do choose to do this for convenience, we do recommend being careful not to try and squeeze the roof between the frame bars too intensely to avoid damage.
All of our gazebos are made to a high standard to provide quality and longevity. All frames are supplied with a minimum of 12 months warranty which covers against all manufacturing defects.
A wheeled holdall bag is supplied with each gazebo which is generally big enough to hold the frame and canopy. This makes storing and transporting very easy.
All of our gazebos are fully waterproof. Each model includes a double layered polyester fabric with the second layer of PVC on the underside. All of the seams are heat tape sealed to ensure no water ingress between the stitching lines. Each stress point area has been reinforced with secondary fabric to prevent damage from usage vibrations. Please note that condensation can occur inside the gazebos, especially during the winter months when temperatures change drastically with higher probability of rain. Condensation is a natural phenomenon and can be often mistaken as the structure leaking. With our gazebos being fully waterproof, it makes it more difficult for moisture to escape. To prevent condensation, we recommend keeping your gazebo well ventilated.
The sidewalls for all of our gazebos attach to the canopy with heavy duty Velcro. The Premium 32 sidewalls attach to each other using heavy duty Velcro with the rest of the models attaching with zips.
To ensure your gazebo is not damage during use, always ensure that the gazebo is well weighted down. Do not use the gazebo is significant adverse conditions such as high winds or storms as this will potentially damage the structure or some of its components. While we appreciate many customers choose to leave up their gazebo for long periods, this is not something we advocate and by doing this does increase the risk of damage. Significant winds and storms can cause high degrees of damage. To preserve the life of your gazebo, we recommend taking the gazebo down, especially during significant conditions. When storing your gazebo, we recommend wiping down the fabric with soapy warm water to clear it of dirt. Once this is done, you would use a dry cloth to go over the fabric to ensure it is stored in a dry manner. Always store your gazebo away in its wheeled bag, preferably in a dry area.
All of our gazebos are extremely easy to use and you should be able to put the gazebo up within just a couple of minutes. It will take an extra few minutes to attach the sidewalls. An instructional manual is provided with each of our gazebos providing a step by step guide to using. We also have an installation video available.
