Bulhawk® 3m x 4.5m Deluxe Pro 50mm Heavy Duty Pop Up Gazebo

The deluxe pro 50 is our top end product range which is of  industrial grade and has been engineered to suit commercial users looking for a temporary structure that will perform in the most demanding of conditions.  Made using 6061/T6 aluminium with a 50mm x 50mm hexagonal leg tube profile (Note that this is 60mm x 60mm if measuring from corner to corner) and has a 2mm gauge.  The deluxe pro 50 is the most heavy duty gazebo model on the European market and designed for every day use.  This product is a common feature of any town square as it is used by a variety of outdoor business’s across the country.  This model is the go-to option for a variety of business’s including market traders and catering companies.  It is also a favourite for exhibitions and events, weddings and sports purposes such as motor cross.  The cross strut bars are finished with a central interior reinforcement providing maximum support.

The deluxe 50 pro is as good as it gets in terms of strength and performance.  Aluminium is a more pliable metal than steel meaning it has a higher stress threshold providing better performance levels in adverse weather.  The joints and connectors are made using alloy metal and like the rest of the frame, are designed to last.  The material of both the roof cover and sidewalls is a waterproof high grade rip-stop polyester with a PVC coating.  Other notable features include zipped connecting sidewalls, privacy window blinds and an upgraded wheeled holdall storage bag.

Frame:

• 3m x 4.5m aluminium frame with a 50mm hexagonal tube leg profile
• Overhead cross-bracing truss sections with a thick central inner reinforcement strip
• Telescopic legs with three adjustable height settings

Canopy:

• The roof cover is made using a waterproof high-grade 300G (600D) polyester fabric with a second layer of PVC
• All seams are multi-stitched and heat tape sealed to ensure no water intake in connecting areas
• The canopy stress points have been reinforced with a second layer of fabric
• The underside of the roof cover is complete with full-length velcro making it simple to attach sidewalls
• Each outer roof corner is fitted with a metal D ring for securing ropes to attach to

Sidewalls:

• The sidewall sets come in four panels which consist of 1 door panel, 2 window panels, and 1 plain panel
• Note that the sidewalls are supplied individually meaning you can use them in any quantity and combination
• The sidewalls are made using a waterproof high-grade 300G (600D) polyester fabric with a second layer of PVC
• Finished with a full velcro surround making it quick and easy to attach to the roof cover and each following sidewall
• Each side is fitted with small velcro straps to fully secure the sidewall to the gazebo legs
• Fully skirted meaning the sidewalls will touch the floor even on the highest height setting
• Metal rings are included at the base of each wall so they can be pegged to the ground to prevent flailing in the wind
