Warranty Information
What does your warranty cover?
- Frame material defects due to workmanship.
- Gazebo leg defaults.
- The struts around the roof of the gazebo frame.
During the 1-year warranty period and under normal use and maintenance, Bulhawk will replace these parts at no extra charge.
What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance or modification.
- Damage by natural causes i.e. lightning, flood, wind or snow.
- Theft or loss. (Bulhawk shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the goods while in transit)
- The Roof canvas, side panels and any accessories.

Your 1-year warranty starts from the date of receiving the goods, please keep proof of purchase. To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
Please note: Ensure that you are opening the box the correct way up to void damage to the canopy/side walls. In the case that your Bulhawk gazebo order is damaged, incorrect etc once receiving the gazebo. Please do not use the item and notify us within 48 hours of receipt, we will not accept a return of an item which has been.
