Step 1.
Select your printed package
Once an order is placed, we will clarify with you if any amendments or additions to the package are required.
After confirmation of the above, the details will be forwarded on to our graphics team.
Step 2.
Provide your artwork and information
Our graphics team will reach out to you for a design brief and a request for any artwork, logos and other information to which will be incorporated in to the design.
Once your information has been received, a mock up will be turned around within 24 hours. Unlimited changes can be made to the design until you are happy it is print ready.
Step 3.
Design confirmation
Please fully check your design before approval to ensure you are completely happy with it.
Once we have confirmation of your design, this will be promptly sent to print.
Step 4.
Receipt of your order
The turn around time on bespoke printing orders is generally 7-9 working days. This timeframe can vary during different times of the year.
For orders to which contain a specific deadline, please check with the sales team prior to ordering to ensure this can be met.

What is dye sublimation printing?
Dye sublimation is a digital printing process that uses heat and pressure to transfer dye directly into the fabric’s fibres, rather than printing on the surface. This method begins with your custom artwork being printed in reverse onto a special transfer paper using sublimation inks. The paper is then applied to the polyester fabric and run through a heat press. At high temperatures, the solid dye turns into gas and penetrates the fabric, bonding with it at a molecular level.

Full inspect before storage:
We recommend checking all of the goods and parts to ensure there is no damage or excessive wear.
Dry Completely Before Storing
Ensure that all components are washed down with warm soapy water after use. Then wipe down all parts to make sure they are stored in a dry manner.
Fold & Pack Carefully
We recommend storing in bags in a dry area which will prevent any mould and mildew build up.

Use the pegs and rope provided. We also highly recommend the use of leg weights.
Warranties vary by model, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years.
