All Bulhawk parcels are sent tracked by our courier service and must be signed for. Please ensure someone is in to receive the parcel otherwise a redelivery fee may be payable.
If the gazebo comes with a storage bag it will be included in the item description so please check before you buy.
We sell a range of heavy-duty bags if you eventually look to upgrade or simply want to replace your previous bag after regular usage.

The key to keeping your gazebo clean is to act quickly. Wipe away spots & marks as soon as you notice them. We recommend a mild solution of warm soapy water with a soft brush.
DO NOT use pressure washers or steam cleaners as this will damage the material and waterproofing. None of the coverings are machine washable.
Use & Storage
All Bulhawk canopies and sidewalls have a PVC coating on the inside to ensure they are fully waterproof.
Yes you can. We supply a range of accessories, including gazebo clamps and gutters which allow you to connect two or more pop up gazebos together to cover a larger area.
Mistreatment and a lack of maintenance will shorten a gazebos life.
For instance, some users would keep the canopy always attached to the frame to save time on setup the next day. This preference may cause damage to the gazebo fabric, especially if the gazebo is being in transport? We strongly recommend not leaving the canopy attached if the pop-up gazebo is being transported in a vehicle. Vibrations and movement during transport can cause the parts of the frame and joints to rub against the fabric and PVC coating causing damage to the canvas.
To ensure the lifespan of your canopy we advise keeping the frame and canopy stored separately and dry in a carry bag when it’s not in use.
Please ensure that the canopy and walls are completely dry before storing for any length of time. If they are wet or damp when packing away after use they must be unpacked dried out thoroughly before storing away.
Damp and possibly mould can build up on the fabricif gazebos are stored wet. This can effect the colour and sometimes cause damage. Once a set of frabric walls or roof is discoloured it is very difficult to restore a gazebo to its original condition. Therefore, make sure that you leave it out to dry before storing away.
Warranty
Yes. The frame has a 12-month warranty against manufacturer defects. Fabrics have a 6 month warranty against manufacturer defects.
