Returns Policy
RETURNS
We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of taking receipt of your order to return the goods back to us for an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent back unused and in the same condition that you received it. This is to include all original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@bulhawk.co.uk and allow 24 hours for a response with instruction on how to proceed.
All returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Once your return has been accepted, we will provide instructions on how to return and confirmation of where to send the goods to.
For all customers returning orders for being unsuitable are responsible for arranging the goods to be returned to us in a safe manner. The costs associated with returning unsuitable orders are with the consumer.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Damaged Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery and reject the goods if any significant and obvious damage has occurred in transit. If the goods are found to be defective upon checking, please contact us immediately and we will provide a quick resolution.
Made to order items are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you would prefer to return the goods you have first, please contact us at sales@bulhawk.co.uk for further instructions.
Refunds
Once an order has been returned back to us, this will be checked within 48 hours. From this point, the order will be refunded in full providing it has been returned in line with our returns conditions. Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and the time will differ between each provider.
