Size Recommendations for each Use
Gazebos for Garden & Recreation Usage and Hot Tubs: The most popular size for garden and hot tub use would be the 3m x 3m. For smaller gardens or designated areas, some customers would opt for the 2.5m x 2.5m size. Some customers do go larger with the 3m x 4.5m or even the 3m x 6m to sit in front patio doors.
Gazebos for Parties: The size used for a party does depend on how many guests to which the gazebo will be used for. For smaller intimate gatherings, the 3×3 option would be suitable as it suits around 8 people sitting or approximately 12 people standing. For larger gatherings, the 3×4.5, 3×6 and 4×4 would be a more appropriate size.
Gazebos for Market Traders: The most popular size for a market trader would be the 3×3 as this is the most common allocated pitch size. This is an ample size for most traders to exhibit goods and maintain a functional working space. Some traders have larger pitch sizes and will opt for 3×4.5 or even 3×6.
Gazebos for Street Food Traders and Catering Companies: Similar to market traders, street food operators would generally opt for the 3m x 3m size as this is the most conventional pitch size. This size works for this type of trade as it maintains a compact working area where everything operates at a fast pace.
Gazebos for Weddings and Hospitality Events: The larger sizes such as 3×6 and 4×4 are best suited to weddings and hospitality events as these occasions generally have a larger footfall to which requires coverage. It is also very common for multiple gazebos to be used in modular form with gutter kits to create much larger covered areas. That said, the smaller sized gazebos such as the 2.5×2.5m and 3x3m are also used for side stalls such as dessert and food stations.
Gazebos for Car Detailing and Valeting: The most popular size option for car related business’s is the 3m x 4.5m. This is generally considered the perfect size to cover most vehicles. Furthermore, this is a size which is considered a weight level to which can still be handled by one person which is essential in a business which is regularly on the move. For more static set ups, a modular design of two 3×4.5 gazebos sitting side by side with a gutter kit is common to provide a much larger working area.
Gazebos for Builders: The 3×3 is generally the most common size for a builder to use as this provides suitable coverage while trades such as carpenters and bricklayers can stay dry. This also generally provides enough cover to keep most materials dry. For larger building projects where more materials need keeping dry, larger sizes such as the 3×4.5 or 4×4 are opted for.
Gazebos for Sports Events: There is not really one specific size for this use as requirements can differ significantly between each event. Generally the larger gazebo sizes such as the 3×4.5, 3×6 and 4×4 are considered best as there are a higher number of people involved in these events. There is also the requirement of keeping valuable equipment dry which will generally mean more than one gazebo is needed.
Gazebos for Car Boots :This is another example of the gazebo size being dictated by the pitch size available. For most car booters, the 3m x 3m size is the best is the most common pitch size and provides enough coverage to the level of goods being sold. For larger set ups, the 3×4.5 and 3×6 are used but it is important to ensure that the pitch size available will suit the larger gazebos.
