3m x 6m Premium 32 Gazebo Frame:  The Premium 32 is our entry-level pop-up gazebo frame, designed with strong tensile steel and a 32mm square leg profile for reliable stability. While the Premium 32 is not as strong as the other options, it does offer excellent value for money, making it one to consider for customers seeking a printed shelter solution on a budget.

Fabric Information:

All printed works are produced on to a high quality 600D polyester which compliments the vibrancy and finish of all of the design works.  Our roof covers also included a heat tape sealing along all of the connecting stitch lines for full weatherproofing.  Each of the stress areas are reinforced with additional fabric layers to prevent damage from friction.  All sides of the roof cover include canopy straps to fully secure to the frame.  The underside of the roof cover also comes with a thick heavy duty velcro strip as standard to allow for sidewalls to be connected if required.  The fabric is fully fire retardant to BS7837 with certification available if required.

 

Print Information:

Our printed works are produced using full dye sublimation technology.  This is a premium printing method used to create vibrant, high-quality graphics to fully showcase your brand and business. This process involves infusing dye directly into the fabric, resulting in full-colour, photo-quality prints that are both striking and long-lasting.  Unlike traditional printing methods that apply ink to the surface, dye sublimation uses heat and pressure to turn solid dye into gas, which then penetrates the fibres of the fabric. This means the print becomes part of the material itself, rather than sitting on top of it.
